The UWC Kiribati National Committee is working in partnership with the Kiribati Training Centre for Professional Development (KTCPD) to execute their charitable work. Accordingly, KTCPD donated more than $3,000 to fully support the UWC Kiribati National Committee's charitable work. 

Consequently, the UWC Kiribati National Committee used this money to purchase an electric organ and and three mikes from Tokaraetina Trading in Bairiki . These musical instruments will be used by the UWC Kiribati National Committee for its fundraising activities to be conducted in Tarawa and the outer-islands as well.  Our goal is to raise $200,000 (Two thousand dollars) for a charity by the end of July 2019.

The money will be used for our selected students who will have the opportunity to further their education in the UWC schools and colleges abroad. It will also be used to organise and run UWC short courses for the empowerment of youths, gender equality, poverty eradication, and life-long learning for career, peace and a sustainable future.
